Winter Frolic is an annual event held in Two Harbors, Minnesota, that brings the different generations of our community together for a fun-filled weekend of snowy activities! Every year our city puts together an awesome schedule filled with live music, vendors, sliding hills, winter kickball, and races designed for both adults and kids alike.
